Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Forza Veloce, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and related matters for our web design, development, hosting, and maintenance services.
1. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel a project or service engagement at any time by providing written notice via email to hello@forzaveloce.com. The following terms apply upon cancellation:
- Before Work Begins: If cancellation is requested before any design or development work has commenced, the Client will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a $50 administrative fee
- During Active Development: If work is already in progress, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation, calculated on a prorated basis
- After Delivery: Once final deliverables have been approved and deployed, no refund is available
2. Cancellation by Forza Veloce
Forza Veloce reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- The Client fails to make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement
- The Client fails to provide required content, feedback, or approvals for more than thirty (30) days
- The Client requests work that violates our ethical guidelines, applicable laws, or infringes on third-party rights
- The Client engages in abusive or threatening behavior toward our team
In such cases, the Client will be billed for all work completed and expenses incurred. Any unused portion of a prepaid balance will be refunded within thirty (30) days.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are available under the following conditions:
- Service Not Delivered: If Forza Veloce fails to deliver agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe (as defined in the SOW, plus any extensions due to Client delays), the Client is entitled to a full refund
- Material Defects: If the delivered work contains material defects that were documented in the SOW and we are unable to resolve them within the thirty (30) day warranty period, a partial or full refund may be offered
- Mutual Agreement: Refunds may be issued if both parties agree to cancel the engagement and mutually determine a fair refund amount
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain registration fees (domains are non-transferable once registered)
- Third-party software licenses, plugins, and subscriptions purchased on behalf of the Client
- Stock images, fonts, and other digital assets purchased for the project
- Custom work that has been approved by the Client at any milestone stage
- Hosting fees for the current billing period (prorated refunds may apply for unused future months)
- Rush delivery or priority scheduling surcharges
- Consultation and strategy sessions that have already taken place
5. Partial Refunds
In situations where a full refund is not applicable, Forza Veloce may offer a partial refund based on the following:
- The percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation
- Time and resources already allocated to the project
- Non-recoverable third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the Client
- The nature and reason for the cancellation
Partial refund amounts will be calculated transparently and communicated to the Client in writing before processing.
6. Hosting and Maintenance Subscriptions
Monthly hosting and maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled with thirty (30) days written notice. The following terms apply:
- The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are issued for the current month's service
- Annual subscriptions paid in advance may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused months, minus any applicable discounts that were applied
- Upon cancellation, we will provide reasonable assistance with data export and migration to a new provider
7. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a written refund request to hello@forzaveloce.com including your project details, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation
- Our team will review your request and respond within five (5) business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within fifteen (15) business days via the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service shall apply.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Existing agreements will be governed by the policy in effect at the time the agreement was signed.
